Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FraudVerse AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Purpose & scope

FraudVerse AI is a demonstration platform for explainable, graph-aware bank fraud and mule-account detection. It is provided for evaluation, demonstration, and hackathon purposes and is not a certified production banking system unless explicitly deployed and validated as such by an authorized institution.

3. No financial or legal advice

Risk scores, tier classifications, and AI-generated explanations (including those from the in-app AI Assistant) are informational aids for human investigators, not automated financial, legal, or compliance decisions. Final decisions must be made by qualified personnel.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to (a) upload data you are not authorized to process, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying model weights or training data, or (c) use the Platform to cause harm to any individual or institution.

5. Data accuracy

While the Platform is built for high recall and precision on its validation data, no fraud-detection system is infallible. False positives and false negatives can occur; outputs should always be reviewed by a trained investigator before action is taken.

6. Third-party AI services

The AI Assistant feature uses a third-party large language model API to generate responses. Responses are informational and may occasionally be inaccurate — verify anything critical against official documentation.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
